1. Program Description:

SHELeads is a holistic leadership program designed for women managers seeking personal and professional growth. SHELeads is a 6-month journey designed to help participants enhance key leadership skills and develop the right mindset, enabling them to lead with confidence, courage, and influence. The program combines weekly live online sessions, self-paced study, one-to-one coaching and mentoring, and access to an alumni community. Learn more about SHELeads at the program website. The program targets both individual participants and companies looking to support their female talents and is led in English (person entering into the Agreement with SHELeads is hereinafter referred to as “customer”, a human being enrolled in the program is hereinafter referred to as “participant”).

2. Participant Enrollment:

They can apply for the interview directly through the program website or by contacting the program administrator at [email protected]. Enrollment is subject to availability, and acceptance into the program is at the discretion of the program administrator; customer may propose replacement of a participant enrolled in the program. Further to the application, the program administrator will send to the customer the offer for participation, including the pricing.

Once the customer accepts, via e-mail (no certified e-signature is required) the offer for enrolment to the program, the participant completes the interview process and the customer pays the deposit, the agreement on participation in the SHELeads program is entered into between the customer and SHELeads (the “Agreement”). The Agreement includes these Business Terms and Conditions which form inseparable part of the Agreement. The customer will receive the link to these Business Terms and Conditions in the offer and can download the text. The participant, if different from the customer, must abide by the Agreement.

If necessary, SHELeads may unilaterally change the Business Terms and Conditions. Most up-to-date version is always available at the program website and SHELeads will notify the customer about the changes. If the customer does not agree with the change, the Business Terms and Conditions, valid and effective as at the customer entering into the Agreement, will apply instead of the updated Business Terms and Conditions.
